No, there's no reason to be sad yet. Although we're still very close to being so if we don't act quickly and decisively. And to prevent us from having to be sad, you can click here right away and carefully follow the simple instructions I have given there to avoid that from happening.
Everyone in Hive needs to do this now, immediately. Since in that post, I already created the simplest and most effective procedure to prevent sadness from overwhelming us again. Just «click» where you need to in the post and simply follow the instructions that will be given to you after that.

I have long ago committed to voting only the Return Proposal until proposals committed to using GAAP, and I continue to do so. I have also advocated for everyone to do as you suggest and themselves vote the Return Proposal. AFAIK no proposal yet has committed to doing so, not even Marky, for whom doing so would be a trifle, as very little actual costs besides his (undervalued) wages would be needing accounting.
When credible claims of theft by fraud were alleged to be ongoing in Valueplan funded programs, I confronted Valueplan principals and requested repeatedly and vociferously they provide receipts that would prove no fraud occurred, but both GuiltyParties and LordButterfly flatly refused with either lame excuses or passionate ad hominems respectively. Now I hear Vibes is alleged to be rigged/fraudulent somehow, and I am not at all surprised.
Valueplan has disbursed ~$3M without providing a single receipt, it's principals have refused to provide receipts, and now is again beset with credible allegations of fraud. GAAP would resolve, or make fraud much more difficult, and it is laughable that Hive continues to hemorrhage such massive funding without insisting on the most rudimentary accounting for the disbursement of our funds. I will continue to vote the Return Proposal exclusively until proposals commit to using GAAP to account for their expenditures of our money.
