I was so glad to hear your problem was sorted! 🙌
I don't seem to have a master password, which thekittygirl tells me should be a series of words.
You should have four Keys on both Steem and Hive: Owner, Active, Posting, and Memo. All of these should begin with the numeral '5' and should be followed by a long series of alphanumeric characters (e.g.: 5J44knMxyz893suaAxa22...)
If your account was created on the Steem blockchain before the Hive blockchain forked from it (before 20-Mar-2020), your Keys will be identical on both chains (until you decide to change them, if ever).
For any account created on the Steem blockchain before the Hive blockchain forked from it (before 20-Mar-2020), your account will have a Master Password that begins with 'P5...' and a long string of alphanumeric characters following it. This is the case for your @natubat account, since it was created in 2016.
For any account created on the Hive blockchain after the fork from Steem (20-Mar-2020), your account will have a Master Password that is a "passphrase" of words, such as: "elephant rigorous banana general lozenge..." =OR= one beginning with 'P5...' (depending on how your account was created). This is case for your new @imaginingfreedom account, which was created in April, 2020.
Thanks so much! I have all of that except for the passphrase for my @imaginingfreedom account. Instead I have a shorter password, listed as a "backup password". It seems to work. I wonder if the system was changed or something. I do have all the keys I need to post and transfer Hive, etc.
Much depends, I imagine, on WHEN and HOW the account was created. So, your "backup password" may, indeed, be the Master Password! 🙌
