RE: The Brit List: November 2021

in #hive3 years ago

Downvoting on Hive isn't the big issue some make it out to be. Of course those who suffered from it will shout the most, but for others it's not an issue. A lot of the actual abuse here is dealt with as people want Hive to succeed. Plagiarism should be reported to Hivewatcher.

Thanks 🙂 I'll see if I can slowly get involved - I don't want to just share the same content across every platform but I'll see how I get on... the older I get, the less time I seem to have.

Thank you for the delegation - I've got to stop making excuses now!

No problem. Just have fun.

Hi @steevc, thanks for the delegation. I've decided that I'm going to power down this account and likely create a new account - distancing my persona here from my more active one on Steemit and giving me the freedom to post without worrying about what one faction or the other will think!

I can't see a way of cancelling your delegation to me so presumably it's something that you'll need to do. No doubt you'll see a new user from Eastbourne pop up in your reports fairly soon 😄

Thanks again and no doubt we'll speak again 🙂

I've cancelled the delegation. I'd wish you luck with St--mit, but I'm done with them. Hope you stick around with Hive.

Thanks - the chances are I'll do a bit on everything - I've made some good friends on Steemit, I think that Blurt has great growth potential (and the lack of downvotes appeals to me) but without doubt, Hive has the best bloggers 🙂

People will go where their friends are and mine mostly came to Hive. I see some Hive refugees go to Blurt, but there's not much happening there. People will exploit the lack of downvotes. I don't think it's such a big issue here, but it can be abused.
