Now I got it, it is about Jerry B! Of course I know him when he was pumping Steem. What a crazy guy, but very convincing at times. He even showed up on Hive recently and asked if he should try to pump Hive as well but sadly he was heavily flagged down. I am not sure if a fake-JB would get that much attention, but worth a try.
