RE: Remember Voice? / Blockchain-based social media is hard

in #hive3 years ago

This is very informative to read, wtf is VOICE? I missed this one. Hive is just so much more than a web3 social media. There is games being built that actually work and have a real play to earn factor. Something that not many games can say. Of course these are too companies but they would be nothing without a community of very engaged users. HIVE is my personal bank. I can transact with users in a decentralized manner and send a stable coin from a to b within a few seconds. I can tweet my leo finance post from their frontend. Same goes for inji and dbuzz. I can buy sell trade all my crypto on decentralized exchanges using my own wallet. Day by day HIVE is growing. I onboarded 2 new users in one day myself. And there is many that will follow. A lot of efforts are made to show people that you indeed can do a lot of things on HIVE and that web 3 can be achieved. But all webs are made of human entities behind their accounts. If those find each other really nice stuff can happen. I mean we wouldn't have had a beer today if it was not for @manncpt and HIVE. I did not know anything about STEEM, and only know it from stories that even Vitalik Buterin mentioned. I am putting the #leofinance tag here since your content fits in many discussions held in that community.

You are not the only one, a lot of people missed Voice. Even though from its first announcement to its launch only one year passed, but when it launch only few people still cared about it.
