It is free speech, a downvote doesn't make it invisible. Like most, you are confusing the two. I don't see any downvotes on your posts. Good luck on Blurt, most of those guys are pissed off over there too.

I agree, Hive isn't perfect, there are some aspects mentioned above that I agree shouldn't happen, but they have nothing to do with obstructing free speech.
You lose your right to free speech when your account is locked on social media, or you get thrown in jail because the dracronian government doesn't like what you're saying. Big difference from getting a few downvotes on a post.
It makes it not appear and one has to clock through and it’s in different more hard to read text. Gotta say I see the point being made. Is is removed totally no. But it does make it less visible.
