There are some "no-go's" for us in this concern, but not about scanning Dutch.
Dutch was added to the language-scanner yesterday evening. Definitly not a problem, the only "no-go" for us would be to determine the language tag for Dutch since this is a concern of the Dutch community only.
So yea, the bot is scanning Dutch, but mentioning Dutch in reports or similar is a slight problem since we are definitly not the ones to determine the Dutch language tag :D.
I flagged you at the same time as I flagged some other spammers/farmers using a pretty similar pattern - nothing personal. 🤷♂
The only weird thing is waiting a few months to bring up some interaction.
I can't remember reporting you, nor any others. If I did, it would have been for spamming or farming, but not for plagiarism - be sure about that.
