I will say that there is no need to get too excited with the recent Hive pump, unless you are one of the people who had nailed or benefited by the pump, because at the current time the majority of gains have been wiped out as it again fall back to below 10 cents after touching 11.5 cents yesterday. Since "Hive" or swap.hive is the de facto currency. It is also noted whenever the price of Hive increases with respect to USD, then the prices of tokens in Hive secondary go down in Hive. In other words, we can say that their dollar price stays the same, and an increase in Hive price helps in getting more Hive Engine tokens for the same amount after the Hive pump.

At some point of time in 27 December 2025, Hive was trading below 9 cents also. It wen as high as 11.5 cents on 28 December. So it is gain of 2.5 cents on 9 cents, so Hive at least made a jump of more than 27%. On the same note, I see COLONY on Hive-Engine is closing or trading 6% below its previous price.

Actually, I am also chasing my milestone of 1 million COLONY tokens and I am not only focusing on building my stake just by purchasing but my earning my stake by playing the game.

So last leaderboard wins in Ranked rewarded me the 8920 COLONY tokens and orbital leaderboards have rewarded me 2141 COLONY token making a total of 11061 tokens.

Crossed 200K COLONY stake.

Initially, I purchased fewer tokens from the market, but I noticed that I am now very close to my overall 200K COLONY token stake, so I purchased more to cross the overall 200K COLONY stake, so that it can serve the milestone for me.

So, today I stake 22777.703 COLONY tokens that marked my COLONY stake go past 200K stake overall. My next target is to cross 225K COLONY token stake. In my calculation, 225K stake might help me in keeping my staking factor above 19 even though I progress in the ranked leaderboard rating points. My current staking factor was 19.1 before staking and it reached 19.2 after staking. With current season still has more than 6 days to end, I am sure if I will play everyday my staking factor will drop below 19 in coming days.

My purchase of COLONY token is still continuing, and I am waiting for my buy order to fill. Though Bots are playing game with me, and I need more swap.hive to play game with them. I will arrange Swap.Hive befor night and will put multi layer order to see if they got filled, otherwise I use the deisel pool in the tribaldex.com to complete the purchase.
