GET TO KNOW ME. MY INTRODUCTORY POST

Hi everyone, I am a newbie here and I really wish to explore and meet new friends around the world here. So for you to know me, here is my introductory blog.

ABOUT ME:

I'm Joy , 29 years old from Nigeria the western part of Africa. I am a graduate of English language and Theatre art. I am happily married. I am a work at home mom with two lovely kids.

I had a passion for becoming a doctor and of course I wanted to become an actress and a model too, but life got a different way of gifting us, I ended up reading English/Theater, which I accepted with good faith to study. I also had my passion in writing, I could remember writing a lot of short stories and even songs.

MY PROFESSION

Well, my profession has always been teaching until in 2022 when I decided to relocate to Abuja the capital of Nigeria. It was then I switched from teaching to being a secretary of a reputation company in Abuja. Until when I was laid down by the company, they could not afford to pay me again during the cashless period that happened in Nigeria. Thank God that before I was laid off, I started my new career in social media management. So social media management has been my career ever since then, even though I stayed at home for over 3 to 4 months without getting a single client. But thank God for ending of August. It was a turn around for me. I got clients which I am currently working with and I still am hunning in my skills and ready to work with more clients.

MY DREAMS

One of my biggest dreams is to be great in the future. To give impact to as many people that my hands could reach.

MY HOBBIES

One of the things I have always loved doing is traveling the world which I have not yet gotten that opportunity. Because this will give me the chance to meet new people and learn about new cultures. I love watching movies, I love listening to music and of course, my music does not go to waste like that...I love dancing to it. I love eating good food too🫣

HOW I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT HIVE

This might really sound odd or let me say funny. But I don't really have an onboard' er. I was scrolling through Twitter endlessly and I saw a post about Hive that drew my attention. I could not waste much time than to Google about it. It was then that I found Hive interesting and I joined. That's why when I even did my first first, it was roughly because I never knew how to go about it. So officially today, to the Hive community, this is my first post because I have gone to correct myself and ofcourse learn. After all, what's life without learning.

I really wish to be a part of this community as I look forward to sharing my ideas and also reading from you.
