Actually there is no such thing as “is not justification”. A account can use votes anyway say they choose. Being ultra spammy and taking it to wishing death is indeed a very valid use of a downvote for many people. In fact I just saw you have been black listed for it by admin here on hive. So clearly it is justified by a majority of community. Again I’m not going to downvote you anymore, but you have no idea how hive works. Any user can decide how to use stake but also you are now black listed by admin who represents community overall so it wasn’t just two or three people who thought it’s justified.
