Toolbox to build your career

I am doing @theycallmedan Hive challenge on writing about my 3 favorite things from #Hive.

The first one is the most obvious, the community, but not just saying that will explain why. I am a tech guy, and a free software guy, which means I have hanged out in many type of different virtual communities on the internet. Every piece of software in open source is a project and a community is built around that project.

So that means that all my life I have been dealing with communities. But what makes this Hive community different from the other ones. I would say too big differentials, one is that is a community where everyone blogs, so that makes each member has it's own voice.

This means that even if you look at me as a tech guy you can also read what I say and learn that I am also an 80s kid and 90s teen and love the culture of the time. That means that I also watch a ton of anime, even when I don't openly talk about it.

The other thing I love about Hive is that separate its from other cryptocurrency communities are that you don't need to spend money to get Hive. Sweat capital is something a lot of people know and relate. You work hard, you will get rewarded. So people that works a lot on their social media presence in Hive gets rewarded almost immediately without having to 'invest'.

Finally my third thing that I love about Hive is that the ecosystem has grown exponentially and there is always something new going on in Hive, from the gaming, to the DeFi, to the financial aspect of Hive, to the actual rewarding culture of the community. If your information helps me, it's really easy to reward people with tips.
