Hello everyone! I hope that you are all doing well. It's that time of year when we celebrate the birth month of Christianity's messiah, Jesus Christ. Sadly, commercialism and material pursuits have taken over this joyful occasion, which is something that we need to rectify. So, what can we do about it? As Christians, just being aware of the true meaning of Christmas is enough; to remember that there is a higher being and a divine plan is in play in our lives. Materialism have taken over many aspects of our life, but the holidays just magnify how far off we are from our Christian roots so we need to make an effort to do better, to be kind to one another, to spread the light.
Supporting the Community
I'm increasing my @hivephilippines delegation to 5,000 HP. It especially benefits newbies and those with small staked Hive the most. As you may know already, curation in the HivePH community is open not only to staff, but to members who may use the community account to curate good quality and original posts. It is still a small number, but I'm hoping to add more once I get my own HP up. This is my HP delegation goal for the community this year so the next increase might not be until 2026.
Gaming

Who doesn't like getting gifts? I know that I do so it is definitely a treat to open the Chest Rewards and find out what goodies I did get. Of course it is not always as good as I would have wanted, but still happy about it.
I've been increasing my Crop Power the past few weeks so I am now at Rank #88 with 180,714.807 Crop Power. At today's rate, this gets me a 10.8% APY or a Holding Reward of 0.127Hive sent to me daily. It's nice to get rewarded for playing the game and keeping game assets. At least, we still get something for the value it holds and makes me feel good that the amount spent on buying the assets are going back to my direction, however small it may be. Motivation to keep on playing and increasing my stake in this game.
Staking Hive
I powered up 7.652 liquid Hive today. It's a small amount that adds on to my total HP (now at 6,030.557 HP), and another step closer towards next year's goal of 10,000 HP. Being a Minnow here on the blockchain is nice. We get more rewards and give out bigger upvotes.
Final Thoughts
