Yeah start with the small attainable targets and grow from there, I prefer that approach too!
Well, I think the terms are staying the same - check out @hivebuzz, they just started up the old "steemit board" but gave it an awesome new face lift.

Ah crap sorry guys, I seem to have a witness proxy set up which I forgot about... let me have a look into that and see what's going on with it. Hope to have it fixed later today, bear with me!
@hivebuzz, I'm really struggling to find out how I can remove witness proxy and so I can start voting witnesses manually again. Do you know how I can do that?
