The Exercise keeps the Respiratory and Cardiovascular system very active . This lead to more oxygen intake and production of more energy by the body.
The digestive system get more perfusion and aids / facilitates digestion. Aside this , the benefit of eating better and putting on more weight for lanky persons .
The Musculoskeletal system gets the most benefit with increased flexibility and bulk building .
The immune system is at its best also !
Take out something weekly to get involved in one exercise or two !
