    I'm not talking about my account. I'm talking about all the stories I hear from other people that either used to be on hive and no longer are or new arrivals that get blasted.

    The ONLY thing I support in any of this would be a system for verification of higher profiles or account impersonating. But in terms of the downvotes and that kind of crap that's gotta go. If you focused on the real things that mattered and reduced the DHF ask then I'd support this.

    Hi. The proposal of the value has been decreasde to 95.

    We have not been blacklisting any new user past 18 months. We only blacklist evident, intentional abusers which are account who keep repeating abuses, botnets, group abusers, identity thefts.
    Now we have changed the scope in regard to downvoting.
    Now we will completely refrain from downvoting any accounts. Including blacklisted ones.
    The blacklist will only serve for informative purposes so the community can look it up and inquire/search the history of the abuse.
    This will make Hivewatcher's purpose as informative for the community and guiding project for new users.

    That's the downvote you just said it wouldn't happen 🤣 By your logic, a small downvote is not a downvote. Some of onboarders have post worth less than that. So, a little lie is not a lie. Right...

    Info why I'm on hw list: I was permanently banned for farming small amount, less than a few $ worth, of Luv coin between my accounts with cross comments. For that, more than once, I offered to compensate the creator and community in the desired amount and publicly apologize. That was not accepted with the comment 'everyone wants a pardon when the price of Hive go up'
    Also, that list of my accounts is painfully inaccurate, costing Hive $290 a day.

      No, we never meant to disable all the blacklist. The blacklist marker micro dust votes will stay.

      HW will not be equalising rewards on posts from NEW USERS (not new accounts created by known abusers) if abuse was found in the post.

      It means that your abusive accounts will continue to be blacklisted (receive spaminator dust vote marker) and may receive reward equalising downvotes from adm.
