According to his opinion, "University is fulfilled through research. In this context, the Education Minister has proposed to conduct MPhil/PhD in private universities. According to me, in improving the quality of education, we should first focus on primary and secondary level education for the need to acquire strong basic knowledge. It is difficult for MPhil/PhD programs to be fruitful as many students in private universities have poor basic knowledge. However, if there is a combination of skilled, dedicated, hardworking teachers and quality students, one or two high-quality private universities can be thought of in the future. However, it must be ensured that teachers and students can publish in international journals with 'two-way discussion' daily with values and patriotism, then the plan of the Education Minister can be successful."
