Twitter is centralized, but the 'speed' of it (most likely because its short texts) makes it stronger than other centralized alternatives to get some truth out, I can agree on that.
I still believe that 100% of the discussions regarding the proposal system should be on-chain. All proposals have a linked article. My bribing example was a simple one, but it's obviously a win-win for both parties, hence a loss for the rest of the community that isn't even aware of the private deal.
It's impossible to stop people to go private, so my final opinion is that the SPS should just be deleted, it's poorly designed. More rewards for the contents, where real humans with low stake can earn because creativity cannot be purchased on an exchange.
The value of Hive just had it's own halvening with respect to BTC. It seems what I save in tx-frees I lose to inflation.
