If Hive is going back up and gains popularity, the unique name thing must be resolved because if a big bunch of new users are trying to create their account but have difficulty on choosing a name because someone inactive already took it years ago, or worse because of bots taking every name possible, that's a problem.

At that point someone must take responsibility for deleting accounts
