The Fried Chicken with Pickled Vegetable & Fried Rice!
I am doing great with this isolation, I prepare my own food and come up with new recipes! This one in the picture is my Fried Chicken. I marinated the chicken with lemon and salt, pepper and mustard! I let it stand for 20 minutes. Then I fry until brown. And it’s ready to eat ones it done. You can bake it too but take a longer time. Frying is faster. You can eat it with rice and picked vegetable like in my picture! Bon Appétit!
