I like your idea en toto, although I think 'writing a movie by committee' is a terrible idea which generally produces terrible results. But I think there is potential in what you say, I am interested in how the SPT community receives these ideas and how they take it forward.

I suspect that no proposals will be passed until they get their burn proposal sorted out.
