The unstoppable domains is an interesting tech. I've seen a few different ones and I don't know the best way to deal with the domain name problem or the ISP problem. If we could figure those out along with out blockchains, we would be in a really interesting place.

Meshnets could be a solution, but that takes a bottom up DIY mentality that just isn't realistic on a large scale. Nerds like me would be happy to do it, and that is a start, but its gonna be a while at best.
