When the trend in the US stock market changes, everything will fall. Why do you think gold is at its all-time high? The US stock market indices are sky high. Someday they'll have to come down.

If you adjust for M2 most stuff is not that up.
Dude, you should read up on economic cycles. There are 5-year cycles, 10-15 year cycles, and long cycles that last at least 50 years.
The financial markets have been partying for a long time now.
Nice chart, it looks like it's been going up for a long time. Where will it go when it goes down? I'm interested in where the S&P 500 will go when it's time to decline.
So I just follow this strategy and I’ll become insanely rich?
Either way. I’m not seeing the evidence for what you are talking about.
Seems like the ones who buy the dips are the winners not the ones who try to time tops.
The roller coaster is nice. I'd wait for the crazy drop before buying. Buying a ticket to the moon can be expensive, like you said, "I don't like it."
What % decrease is a crazy drop to you?
The drop needs to be significant enough to prompt me to buy and then hold for years. I like Warren Buffett's thinking, but I wouldn't pay these prices for US stocks because they're not useful to me. I prefer to wait for economic cycles to do their work.
I don’t know what any of that means and I study economics
