Ah glad you've made the transition. Missed this post when you made it.
While like many others, I'm sad to see the old system fall by the wayside.
A bit sad, but really I just view Hive as the legitimate continuation of Steem, so it's more of just a change in name than a loss. And the history pre-fork is all the same. But post-fork I'm excited for the brighter and more decentralized future on Hive.
Agreed and I'm excited as well. I don't know what the future holds as far as meetups, but I'm finding it hard to think of changing our group name to #HivePhilly... #SteemPhilly always gave me a sense of pride. We'll figure it out in time whenever things look like they maybe getting back to normal (hopefully by summer). But it's gonna take me a while longer to accept. Lol. Hope you and @trang are doing well good sir.
I think you'll get used to #HivePhilly. While different in name, it's the spirit that counts.

Interestingly the @hivephilly account was registered in by @steemmonsters.Not sure if its a Splinterlands player account or perhaps you or @yabapmatt registered the name for the meetup?
Oh, cool. Must've been Matt. I've been meaning to get in touch with him about the meetup, so I guess he was already thinking about it. We'll have to do something soon the lock down lets up.
