So you feel frustration and anger because people don't comply with your definition of good content. You deemed whole thing useless and spread the FUD just because it doesn't fulfill your expectations of decentralised communities? Just STFU you childish ignorant! I see more of your rambling than any real content...
Do you want the truth? This blockchain has the most soul in the entire cryptosphere and is more engaging users than most of coins being pure speculation.
Who said that? I do not. Actually there are a lot of good content here. The problem is the lack of interaction. The lack of real content consumers. Just look around. There are a lot of posts with 1-2 comments, and most of those are bot comments. There are also lot of posts without any comments. What is a good content for, if there are no one there to consume it? If you post something on the Hive blockchain, you surely do not post it only to yourself, but to some kind of audience, right?
You misunderstood my post. We are talking about two different things.
As Buster Scruggs used to say: "Sir, it seems that you are no better a judge of human beings than you are a specimen of one".
But I am sure that all of this hostality comes from you from the misunderstanding. Right?
I got carried away. Sorry for that, however, no misunderstanding on my side. I see plenty of content creators with interaction here. Read between the lines...
Did you propose any solution? Did you create any engagement-boosting initiative? What did you do to change diagnosed problem?
There are no consumers on Hive. We are all prosumers. What qould you expect? 90% of "interaction" in Web 2.0 is either conflict, hating bullshit or empty praising of content creator idols... Do you perceive it as value? Whould you like to be patted for a good post? If it moves something in me then I comment, then it's real.
Yes. I started to interact more, and reward good interactions with various tokens.
For example with !PIZZA.
If everyone would do this or something similar, then Hive would thrive.
@deepresearch! I sent you a slice of $PIZZA on behalf of @xplosive.

Even though, what is the goal of this sort of post just before HF 25 which aims to tackle exactly this issue? As I said in my edited comment above. People comment when they feel to and then its genuine interaction. Web 2.0 is full of spam and pseudospam.
Maybe I am too disappointed after seeing the same situation on the Steem/Hive blockchain for almost 4 years (since 2017.05.17).
But I am glad that they try to do something about it after almost half a decade.
I'm not all super-positive-only about Hive too, it's toxic attitude IMO. But just complaining without constructive critics make me feel I want to react.
We are dealing here with very experimental attitude towards systems in general. And we are (still) few years ahead of our times. Let it grow and mature. In general this place makes me feel excited like nothing else online.
One more time, sorry for my attack, it was dispensable.
I understand that the technology behind the Hive blockchain (and blockchain in general) is new, but the concept of the social networks is not.
It is weird to write this, because it should be obvious for everyone that a social network is supposed to be social.
And not only I am writing this, but also others.
Even @taskmaster4450le admits that getting people to post even 5 comments a day is like trying to pull teeth.
Time will probably not change the behavior and attitude of people. Everything is already given to interact with others.
Yet most people do not (or rarely) do it.
But we will see. Maybe it really needs some more time.
No problem. Have some !PIZZA.
