HIVE has seen some inflation uptrend recently, moslty becouse of the low price.
But how it is doing when compared with its previous version.
Here are some numbers:
STEEM | HIVE | |
---|---|---|
Liquid | 290,695,511 | 228,941,976 |
Powered Up | 182,989,806 | 184,816,877 |
DAO/DHF | 0 | 40,161,456 |
Total | 473,685,317 | 453,920,309 |
A 453M HIVE supply VS 473M STEEM. Well still better than the old version.
But this is the main token only. How are the stablecoins doing?
SBD | HBD | |
---|---|---|
Liquid | 8,951,077 | 3,428,384 |
Savings | 0 | 7,497,378 |
DAO/DHF | 4,763,040 | 22,826,777 |
Total | 13,714,117 | 33,752,539 |
Here we can see there is some big differences. The liquid supply is more on the SBD side, while HBD is leadinf a lot with the amount of HBD in the DHF.
The freely circulating supply of the both tokens is somewhere similar, 11M HBD VS 9M SBD.
In terms of virtual supply, HIVE has higher number, 625M vs 525M, but this is mostly becouse of the HBD in the DHF.
Overall still lower number in the actual tokens HIVE vs STEEM, the big diffrence is HIVE has much more HBD in the DHF then STEEM has SBD in the DHF.
Good to know!
I thought we were closer.
