I agree, but that can't really ever be forced. It's pretty simple to leave a quick comment and explain why I'm still being downvoted although I switched up my content to appease those who didn't like my previous work. However these are automated down votes so it's likely these people are not even looking at my posts to see if it's still what they consider "spam".
