The underlying problem is that Hive is very different from all the crypto projects out there. You can get tokens simply by writing quality articles, but this doesn't necessarily happen, or always happen.
The best bet is always to buy $HIVE rather than wait for someone to vote on your posts. And it often happens that those who obtain rewards then sell them directly on the exchanges (perhaps here we could intervene on the adjustment of the rewards based on one's Hive Power... but this would still require a lot of discussion).
Furthermore, I think we should also intervene in some way on these trash tokens that often flood the comments section. The fact that Hive gives away coins stimulates users to claim the right to want more and more, even by producing poor quality posts.
