After trying to play multiple NFT games, I feel that Splinterlands has to be one of the most fun and strategically enjoyable game out there. This is my report card for the first season. I used https://kiokizz.github.io/Splinterlands/seasonReportCard to check my season report card and it is quite a valuable tool for you folks out there wanting to see how you did at the end of each season.

Throughout the season itself I focused mainly on learning the game. I did this by watching YouTubers such as Splinterland Guides, Dwyane Cunningham, and Bulldog1205. Thank you to these content creators for guiding a newbie like me. I mainly focused on playing each splinter but I particularly enjoy playing Malric and his +1 attack. I also really enjoy playing Vera Selacia and created an attack/ranged hybrid deck around her. Going on I will be trying to focus on these two main decks and cost averaging cards to improve them. One thing I have noticed is that I have quite a large loss percentage against Llama Kron. I would like to plan on strategies for me to be able to beat out this combo. Maybe a life sneak deck?

Some notable rewards cards I pulled throughout the season are the legendary water Djinn Oshannus. My end-of-season reward chests got me a lava launcher as well as the death rat.
One thing I did was create a second account as I loved this game and I delegated my newly rewarded Djinn Oshannus and the epic lobster card to it.
I managed to climb from 0 to 1800 rating in 3 hours and was proud of that.

As I invested quite a bit into this game (quite rash), but very lucky as I bought into the dip. Currently I am earning around 30$ daily with SPS prices and will continue to dollar cost average into SPS and purchasing DEC crystals.
Something that I would like to learn more about is liquidity pools as I find it very beneficial to be able to earn airdrop points from SPS.
Very happy to be playing this game and finding it at its current stage. Hopefully this game will grow and we can grow with it.
