Imagine that you purchase a ticket to travel by boat from Spain to the US. In the middle of the trip you realize that the boat has some leaks and it might sink before reaching it's destination. The captain of the boat tells you that he can transfer you to a another one but only if you agree to pay the full fee again...or you can stay on the same boat and risk sinking to the bottom of the sea.
