Hindiiii, I'm ashamed! I'm still lost, baby boy ಥ‿ಥ.
Diploma or diskarte?
Ang lagi pang sagot "We will just call you" after mong ma interview at magpakahirap gumawa ng resume, buti sana kung mura lang magpa print diba?
Ke may diploma o wala, pwedeng pwede kang makapangibang bansa at makapag simula.

I have a diploma, but where am I now? I'm here at home, and my diploma? It is well hidden in my room. I can't use it because I can't work. Wait, can't or won't? I'm not proud of it, seriously, but it just happened. But whatever it is, the ending is that I didn't get the chance to use it. But it is not wasted, it is not useless, it is just that I choose not to work and just stay at home with my oldies. But that's not all there is to it, the truth is, I lacked something, I am weak, spineless, and a coward. I'm just dreaming but not doing anything to achieve something.
--
Diploma or resourcefulness? I mean, why choose one if you can just have both? A diploma? It is not just a piece of paper! It is the result of years of studying. It is a big achievement for what you dreamed of. It is also a big proof that you finished school, that you finally achieved one of your dreams, and you are moving forward to start preparing for the great future that you planned. A lot of people are dreaming of this, so we shouldn't make light of it.
--
--
But of course, this is just one reason why receiving a diploma is such a great feat. And all of the things we have to do need resourcefulness or strategy, and looking for a job after getting your diploma is one of those. Resourcefulness, courage, and, may I also add, a connection are also needed, because, sad to say, in the Philippines, if you don't have that, expect a hard and long process of looking for a job. A lot are unemployed, but only a few doors will open to chosen one ಥ_ಥ.
--
--
And what's saddest is that you have both the diploma and the resourcefulness, but you can't still have your dream job. You only have a few choices, and what you want is not even there ಥ_ಥ. You can just receive a short reply after the nerve-wracking interview: "We will just call you" and after all the preparation, creating, and printing of your resume. It's okay if the expenses are just a few coins, but no. When you think that everything will finally get better, but no, it is actually just the start, you'll realize that being a student is a little better than when you finally become an adult and have to look for a job.
--
--
And this is where some people will think to try their luck in another country. They will forget the course they take and will accept any job as long as they can finally bring help to the family. Whether you finish school or not, you can still work and start a life there. It's sad that you have more opportunities in other country than your own country. You can find a better job in another country and be given a chance to start. Why, in the Philippines, it is very hard? Why their standard in choosing an employee is too high? Why not just raise the salary and not their standard? If only ಥ_ಥ.
--
--
What I really want to say is, your knowledge and being resourceful are both important and needed, we really shouldn't separate the two from each other and compare them. If we can, why not just try to achieve both? I know that not all people can have both for a lot of reasons, one of which is a money problem, or some just choose to work early to support and help their family, but I'm sure that not all of those people choose not to get a diploma or finish school. I'm sure that, just like the rest, they also dream of getting a diploma, but the saddest part is that they didn't get that chance.
--
--
So for now, I can only be resourceful and use some strategies to get by, but at least, what I learned during my time in school can be applied now to what I chose to do. It's not wasted, and of course, try and be courageous. How about you guys? How's life? Are you happy being ma-diskarte while also using what you learned at school? Or are you using what you learned with Diskarte? Ehe (≧▽≦).

Ay ang galing, good for you, I'm sure you're giving your all for that 🤩✨.
Yes naman, may kanya kanya tayong time, siguro after 20 yeats pa yong sakin, charowtttt 😆😜
At least nagagamit pa rin kahit paano no? And may trabaho, yeah, grab it habang mainit init pa. Wag aatras kahit nakakapaso. ✨✨
No kailangan may piliin para may away!
