SHOULD UNSCHOOLING PARENTS PROVE THEY GIVE EDUCATION TO KIDS?

It's one of the main questions for all unschooling families.
Most of parents are afraid just to have an unschooling status and be free from the system.
They are afraid to attract CPS attention who can ask them the same question: "Do you provide your kids with basic education?? Prove it now!"

According to paragraph 2 of Article 63 of the Family Code of my country, parents are obliged to ensure that their children receive basic general education.

❓What does this mean?
❓How is it confirmed?
❓How can you prove that this obligation is being fulfilled?

This is not stated in the law.
Let's think logically. Is a certificate of education a confirmation of of knowledge?

❌No. After all, we all know how marks are given at school -m According to paragraph 2 of Article 63 of the RF Family Code, parents are obliged to ensure that their children receive basic general education.

Let's think logically. Is a certificate of education a confirmation of the acquisition of knowledge?

❌No. After all, we all know how teachers put marks - either to avoid spoiling the statistics of the school or having another profitable reasons in most cases.

When I finished the school, we had 3 girls who had all 5s in their certificate of education. ALL of them were NOT worth of it. They were rather good, but not for all 5s! Marks were put just to keep school rating.

We also know that not all children leave school with a certificate. And what does this mean? Didn't they receive education? Is anyone responsible for this?
No!

Intermediate assessments? Yes, they can confirm that the child's knowledge is appropriate for his age. But are parents obliged to prove this to anyone?

🙌The presumption of good faith of parents is a principle according to which the state recognizes all parents as acting in accordance with the interests of their children until their bad faith is established by a court decision that has entered into legal force.

In other words, no one has the right to suspect you of depriving your child of the opportunity to receive education if they have no evidence of this.

And if you really give your child the opportunity to study and have chosen unschooling as the most suitable for him, there is no need to be afraid!

I'm not super brave, I just wanna follow MY rights and the law and use them for my benefits.
