Public speaking is one skill that youngsters should enhance. apart from practice, speechmaking for teenagers requires personal coaching. Coaching is often a bit like that, like all sport where a team needs a teacher to perform well and be guided on the executions. As English isn't your native language, I would urge you to consider making dual language posts. While I realise that the majority of curators are English speaking I believe it's important that we start to see other languages represented so that support can begin to build up there too. I applaud your effort on this, but in many places I'm getting a bit confused as to what you're trying to say and this brings down the quality of your work. I'm sure you would express it much better in your native language. If you also included it in your own language then we could run the confusing parts through a translator, to try and get a better understanding of what your wanting to say.

I realise that this is more work on your part, but dual language posts are often much better rewarded and will help to grow and support your language base.
