We will keep on building it up by posting great content! I like collaboration and continuing where other writers have left off- it keeps me on my toes and forces me to flex my creative muscles in unexpected/unintended ways.

The Tale of Two Pizza's is a similar format to your chain stories but with prizes. Each week(ish) I hand out prizes for the previous week and write another chunk of the plot to start the next weeks contest. It cycles back to me each week which is something I have been trying to figure out how to improve on. I believe we are on week 24 now! Once that one draws to a close there will be other contests running in a similar or improved fashion.

We also do a Let's Write Together event in the Pizza Discord where I write via livestream based on community input.

I am totally open to other authors running their own contests and events to foster creativity and collaboration between writers in the community. I hadn't seen your chain stories before and will plan on contributing in the future! We should chat more about them and how best to compile these longer running events into an easier to consume format- something I am grappling with for Tale of Two Pizza's as we want to edit and compile it all into a complete work at the end.
