It's very true, she did just try to kill them, and there's nothing keeping her from an encore killer performance. They didn't have to save her, though, which could buy her some good will, and the proximity could communicate care and safety to her. Who knows? Only Fate. There really isn't a "right answer" here, each of them has their own set of events that could happen. Thank you for your vote!
