Members are assigned by moderators and subscribers is a decisision of the user themselves. Presently there is no function for a member ... though there was planned to be other community styles where Members was going to be used.
It would be cool if members were a tier up from subscribers. For instance, may have to pay for membership. Or even be rewarded something special for being selected.
