It's been a busy day for me today at work that I have to come back home late. After taking a nap, I go back to my broiler birds to check on how they are fairing because I couldn't check them properly before I left for work in the morning. At first, today which is Friday happens to be my broiler birds 5th weeks old, even though I have it I mind to weigh them to know their weight if they are growing well, but since I couldn't get time to do that today then I postponed that for another time.

I went to check the birds this evening, and this is the first time that I am really having a proper night check on my birds. When I get to the cage, all the birds are laying down but they all get up as I put some feed into their feeders and they started eating up. Then I noticed that their water is not that much I'm their drinkers then I have to put more water so that it can be enough for them through the night.

To say the fact, the birds are really growing well and all of them are look healthy except one among them that sit down at one corner. When I check it very well, I noticed a bit of hard breathing and I can hear the birds breathing loudly. I will assess the birds again to confirm what is going on before I consult a veterinary doctor.

Its important to check on these birds especially at night, just to be sure they are all in perfect shape. Great work and effort
