Still grateful despite all that had happened. Greetings, my beautiful and handsome friends, and thank you for stopping by my blog. The theme for this week says. How is your year this far? I'm still very much grateful to God Almighty for his mercy, unconditional love, protection, and always providing for us. Non of me or my kids was or have been admitted in the hospital since the year began, these and many more are reasons to be grateful, There has never been a day that I and the kids went to bed 🛏️ on an empty stomach all thank to God Almighty.
There was some up and down in the year, my sister was sick which I have shared already with you guys here on hive sometimes ago, but we thank God everything is now moving fine, infect she is now working, God has indeed been good and faithful to me and my family. We started the year with so many people, but some of them are no more with us on this earth. I remember a very good family friend of ours, a police officer who was sick for just a few hours; in fact, he took himself to the hospital only for the family to return home with a lifeless body of him, I am not better than him, it just God's mercy upon my life and I'm grateful for that.
Hmmm, it was indeed a great loss, not just to the family, but to our community at large. All this is enough reason to thank God for keeping me till date, and I believe that I will celebrate the new year with all of you guys. And the level of insecurity in my country now—God is still protecting us. So I will say despite all, I'm still grateful to the King of kings the Almighty God and the creator of the universe.
