When Pain Becomes a Teacher.

It is true that when you have not experienced pain, you won't know what it means to be subjected to pain. But when you have experienced it, then you can tell when someone that has been subjected to pain is talking about it. I am an example of it because I experienced a lot of pain this morning. Pain is not something I love, but it is just an inevitable thing throughout our lifetime. But I sometimes believe that pains are meant to teach us some lessons in case of another time.

It happened that I was trying to study this morning because it is very easy for me to study when it's very early in the morning, but sometimes I can be distracted when I hear some strange sound from the environment. So I was studying this morning and I heard some cock crowing this morning, but I was not bothered, so I left them alone. After some time, their noise got intense and I had to chase them away.

After chasing them away, I waited for some minutes, and they came back again and this time they were about 2 or 3 making noise on a small tree close to my window. I rushed outside immediately, and I didn't see anything to chase them away. I saw some granite stones pack together, so I thought I can use that to chase them away.

Furthermore, I threw the first set of stones, but it was not making any effect, so I decided to take some amount which was more than the first ones, and it threw it at them. I was expecting the stones to touch the cock, but instead the stone touched the tree and came back directly to hit my face so hard.

I dropped everything I was holding immediately, and it was feeling so much pains, and it was as if the eyes were not going to open again. I kept imagining a lot within my head because I was also annoyed at the same time. I went back into my room and sat down without not knowing what to do next, but I could not study again because of the pains.

Now I can relate to what it means when you see the disabled people or people with impaired body, and they lament, I now understand the pains they are going through because it's not easy. Now I am just using some drugs to help reduced the pains because I could hardly use it to see, but I am happy it is getting better a bit now after using the drugs. The moral lesson I gained from this is that pain is inevitable because it's a lesson teacher.
