It is really very educating because I also have done this mistake when greeting an elder with Namaskaram instead of Namaste. I hope you do more of such blogs. Thanks for bringing back memories of Sanskrit class with the tables.

You can greet anyone with Namaskaram, only you have to keep in mind that when you greet someone with Namaste then you have to greet them individually.

Those tables were the hardest to memorise as we were only told to memorize them by heart without telling us how to derive each one of them on our own. I hate that thing about schools, they just focus on memorization rather than imparting knowledge. Anyways, thank you for reading it.

I will try to do more posts like this in future.

(Btw, I forgot to include that both the words can be said when parting as well.)
