Today I am very happy because I won some special rewards in Splinterlands after a very long time. I remember that the last time I was truly interested in playing the game was when the Chaos Legion expansion was introduced. At that time, one pack was worth $4, and I spent a lot of money buying Chaos Legion packs.
I collected many cards from that set. Today, most of those cards are not worth much, but I still hold a few that have good value. As the game has evolved over the past months and years, I feel it is better to focus on newer packs like the Foundation packs and Conclave Arcana packs.
At the moment, Conclave Arcana packs are more expensive compared to Foundation packs. So today, I decided to buy my very first Foundation pack in the game. It cost me 115 credits, which is approximately $0.11.
In the screenshot below, you can see the opening screen of the Foundation chest. I did not have high expectations because Foundation cards are mostly basic and are designed for new players.
However, the results surprised me. From my very first Foundation pack, I received two epic cards and one rare card, which made me very happy.
The Marlai Singariel card is worth around $0.15 at the time of writing this post. Lady Amara is valued at approximately $0.10, and Sorrow Harvester is also worth close to $0.10. Overall, I spent only $0.11 and received rewards worth around $0.30 to $0.40, which feels like a very good deal.
Later in the day, I completed my battles and claimed my daily rewards. As shown in the screenshot below, I won several cards, including one epic card from the daily rewards. In total, I won three epic cards in a single day, which made this one of my best days in Splinterlands so far.
I hope more days in Splinterlands turn out like this. If you think I should open more Foundation packs, please let me know in the comments. I will definitely consider opening more and sharing my experience with all of you.
From terracore base I am sharing my attacks and they were so good that with just 5 attacks we got 1000+ scraps of loot as you can see in the screenshot below. We are on penalties and still we performed nice on our terracore base.
In my Golem overlord base the claim after using 21 attacks is shared in the screenshot below and there as well I won a nice number of shards. That is the best thing from Golem overlord, winning more and more shards for better Quest rewards in future.
That is all I did in all the games I play here on hive, Splinterlands, terracore, and golem overlord.
