How I Came On Board

Hello,

I came to Blockchain through a friend who was well-vested and grounded in cryptocurrency and Blockchain and skilled in writing. I came in as a novice, a stranger to Hive Blockchain. I saw how bloggers were dealing with and flourishing on the platform.

How did you join Hive? we all have our story to tell. I am sure you all have a story to share. Share your story with us.

The beginning of Hive Blockchain was bitter for me. It was a difficult task for me to accomplish because writing wasn't flowing from my veins and it wasn't my thing at all. I almost backed out of Hive because I didn't understand it; the only source I was earning money without me writing too much was Actifit. I cash out that time when sports tokens and actifit tokens were on the high side.

Constructing or building meaningful sentences and writing lengthy was a big problem for me. At some point, I wasn't active and wasn't enjoying the platform anymore. If you look at my image profile, you will see an alphabet logo, that's where you can access my information to know when I joined Hive. Some that started that year and month have gone far than me in terms of reputation and earning aspect. I stopped engaging the platform because it was difficult for me. I wanted to back out of the platform, but my boss kept encouraging me to forge ahead by reading books, reading people's content on Hive, and commenting on their posts. By following this way, my writing skills would improve. I was encouraged by what he said and by the young people on the platform whom I was challenged by their contents. So I decided to step up my engagement to improve and learn more.

The motivating part was when I stumbled upon a young blogger who was in the same state as me. She narrated her story, and I read and was encouraged.

This is me growing, and improving my writing skills, publishing content above 500 words. Earning my money and spending my money, building my portfolio on Hive Blockchain. I thank the #Hivelearners community for their weekly featured contest, it's one of the most beautiful communities that has helped me to rack my brain and improve my content writing.

Hive Blockchain is a beautiful place to be, not just to make money but to learn many things as far as the world of cryptocurrency is concerned.

I'm writing this to encourage newbies who have joined and at the verge of giving up on this platform, to keep being consistent, inquisitive, and committed; the outcome will be tangible.

This is me now, enjoying Hive Blockchain and encouraging others to keep pushing and utilizing it to their very best.
