This community stands out for me, from others I have explored so far.

There is no doubt that Hive's real strength comes from its communities. They are what make it stand out and feel alive.

The first community I had the privilege of exploring when I was first onboarded on Hive was the #vibes community. I loved how it allowed me to build confidence and helped me find better ways to use my voice.

I enjoyed posting in the Vibes community, but later on, I had the chance to explore several other communities that caught my attention and helped me improve both my thinking and writing skills.

These communities are filled with people who have supported and encouraged me to do more. They also have unique qualities that make them stand out from others.

I was just scrolling through different posts on the blockchain when I came across the @diyhub community through @young-tari. She had posted a Friendship Day greeting card in the community via the #peakd frontend, and I was really amazed by her creativity. That inspired me to try creating something myself. So, I delved deep into the community, checked their rules and how things were operated, and decided to make something out of paper.

I was never into crafts, but ever since I found and made my first post in this community, I’ve noticed changes in my thinking and ideas that have pushed me to create things I never imagined I could do.

My first craft was a paper pencil holder, and I loved the support and encouragement I received from people like @stevenson7 and @ocdb, even though I was about to give up after my first attempt.

One of the main reasons I am drawn to the DIYhub community is the strong support system. Several users have supported me and encouraged me to do more through their kind feedback and comments.

There’s also a Discord channel that allows people in the community to connect with each other and share how they’re feeling, which I find truly amazing and outstanding.

Another reason I love this community is the monthly contests. The last contest held was the Bee Contest, where we were asked to create bees and honor the honey bee through our ideas and creativity.

Even though I wasn’t selected among the winners, I loved that my work was recognized, and that meant so much to me. Contests are a great way for people to showcase their skills and creativity, which makes me appreciate the monthly contest idea even more.

Lastly, I have enjoyed posting in several communities on the platform, but the one that stands out the most for me so far is the #diyhub community, which celebrates and appreciates anything you create by yourself.

Thanks for reading.
