When it comes to the issue of finances, the talk is a broad one, because after The oxygen we all breath money seems to be the next big thing that unites and make us relate with one another, this week @indiaunited are yet at it again with a trivia questions that we must not wave behind us..

How do you handle your income
it's really a tough question that must be given a deep thought especially as we all approach the end of the year to begin another, the issue of managing one's finances if not properly handled will result to great error.
I recall when I heard about "personal finance" a year three course I had to do in my university days, i was really grossed in the course because I was willing to learn and know how people handled their finances and how to become a better personal financial manager for my self and them, offering advise and other financial services to them.
Personally how I handled my finances is something I had to figure out when I was pretty young, I had developed this concept of savings that proved very helpful. I saved every penny I was given as tip for school Tfare, I was able to buy some textbook, notebook plus other things my parents didn't get for me.
since then I realise the power of denying mediate gratification for the greater good, coming from a background where I have to fend for everything I need, I knew the importance of savings to get what I wanted.

learning to differentiate between wants and needs in life is a very big deal many persons over look, they look almost the same but a careful study will tell you there is a huge difference, I have heard of someone who was a millionaire only for 24hours blows out the money all at once, and returns to square zero.
the issue of how to manage our finances, cashflows in and out, expenses, ranking our needs and wants in their order of priorities and allocating appropriate financial measures to them as needful is one of life's greatest challenges, just that we seems to over look this aspect.
I can tell what personal savings have helped me acquire, and I can say for a fact if a man can put a knife to his throat as to how he spends money, soon he will be able to do so much, because financial discipline is one of the hardest thing to do, I have discovered this personally, it's very hard to have money and see what you really want and not spend that money, to me this is the toughest form of self discipline. it's a good thing to know how to earn, spend and safe money...
very very important

STOPIt's really nice that you learnt to priotize income management from a young age. I know circumstances made it so but when you see many people who struggle so badly with this, you will appreciate it more. I'm also learning to be better with my finance, and so far, so good!
thats really true, it's a gradual habit once your mind is fix on something you can build the habit of keeping a portion of your income to see it done...
thanks for reading through...
