Transparency report for POSH author rewards

Hey everyone, welcome to our new reports we'll try and post ever so often.

After discussing our increased author rewards in this post by @acidyo we've been voting our reports on @poshtoken and @redditposh higher to attempt to fund diverse activities and research in making it easier and more efficient for Hive links to be shared on the current automated sharing incentivized web2 platform; reddit.

We've already had a few community members come to us with examples of their experiments building lists of which smaller to medium sized subreddits show promise of being hive-link friendly. Thank you to @cryptoreforma and @x-rain, we'll be collecting HBD for this cause and send it to them after the work is finished.

In the mean-time we were caught by surprise by the launch and community excitement of @commentrewarder, thus we're loaning some liquid Hive to the project for the time being so it can operate in liquidating author rewards sent to it to give everyone liquid hive+hbd tips. We expect the project to eventually be self-sufficient where powerdowns are covering its weekly transfer needs and to then return the liquid hive loan we've provided interest-free.

Once that one is taken care of we will continue to use our author rewards to partially purchase POSH from the market with @poshtoken.wallet and provide liquidity to the POSH-SWAP.HIVE pool on hive-engine.com so people can swap it without a big slippage in price. Other costs include monthly server maintenance payments of around $60 and we will also start sharing some author rewards through beneficiaries with the maintainer and creator of most things POSH for his past work and continued maintenance.

We will continue to look for unique initiatives and have some new ones planned that we will be posting about soon.

We have also gotten back in contact with a developer to finish building some onboarding issues we faced with OCD and to give more options for web2 logins to hiveposh.com to request a free hive account upon manual inspection of the account they logged in and requested from to avoid abuse. Some additional funding will go towards that but we will pay it first after the work is finished and post about it then.
