Since a few days ago we've started seeing the activity in sharing Hive posts on Reddit rise:
This most likely started after my post letting people know that they can earn POSH by sharing there and with POSH comes Zing rewards as well:
We have usually blacklisted subreddits owned and operated by other Hivers, this was due to the fact that POSH is meant to bring in people from outside of Hive onto our ecosystem. Seeing as however Reddit is quite a lot more difficult to find the appropriate subreddits that not only fit towards your posts' content but also allow link sharing from non-household name socials, we decided to allow the earning of POSH by sharing onto the Holozing subreddit. To balance things out we increased the rewards that go to the daily sharers on Reddit from 25 POSH to 100 POSH.
We have also reached out to a few other dapps and have started enabling POSH earnings for sharing on their subreddits as well, @yabapmatt was happy to hear that Splinterlands players for instance are going to be able to earn POSH for sharing their SPL posts onto their subreddit.
Join the other hundreds of registered users on HivePosh today and start sharing yours or other people's Hive content from most front-ends onto Reddit and have a chance to earn POSH daily!
Check out this post on where to register and how to link your reddit account, this is in order for us to know who shared what on Reddit and who should get the POSH rewards based on how well your submissions there do.
The comments that @redditposh leaves alerting the author that their post was shared can also be upvoted, but please don't self-vote those as that's frowned upon. Authors are however encouraged to upvote the comments if someone shared your post to reward them with 100% of the rewards as liquid Hive going to the sharer.
Feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding this and other dapps with subreddits feel free to let us know if you want your subreddit removed from the blacklist to allow sharers to earn POSH by sharing posts onto your subreddit. Thanks!
What a great news, all this is a vicious cycle hahaha, by sharing on reddit we earn POSH and with those POSH we place them in Staking and earn ZING, this is really well thought out.
The truth is that I do not usually share on reddit, because I do not know which communities allow me to do so, but thanks to your publication I found two spaces where I will certainly be sharing my hive content.

I am glad to know that it is possible to share Splinterlands posts in the Splinterlands subreddit.
Just today not knowing where to share my Splinterlands post I spent some time looking for possible subreddits but then chose a subreddit that should be fairly generalist r/blogs
From now on I will use the Splinterlands subreddit for my Splinterlands posts.

I guess you mean the comment rewards, yes! That's why I mentioned not to selfvote those but the author could vote them to reward you for sharing their content.

The sharer always gets the POSH rewards (and potential hive from upvoting the comment), author should just be happy with the extra traffic.^^

It is likely that the number of POSH for sale will increase several times on the exchange. This is good, people will be able to buy more POSH tokens at a lower price and participate in future projects. The Hive ecosystem really needs games.
How great that they are incorporating Splinterlands. I don't know anything about Reddit but my YouTube subscribers will surely like this news.
so difficult sometimes, for crypto i am still in search for one subreddit! There is one that doesn't allow me to post since my karma is still bad lol. The other one that I found it looks like that the bot doesn't find me, I even tried Coinbase subreddit and the bot doesn't find me as well lol
Hmm that sounds annoying, I guess try leave a few regular comments in the holozing subreddits til you get a couple karma points from upvotes, maybe you have some reddit restrictions for being a completely new account.

Yes "create a post", then either include the link in the body of a post or use the "link" tab directly.

That is awesome news. Including the Splinterlands subreddit could hopefully encourage more people to post there. With increased activity, hopefully some non hive reddit users check it out and join.
