The voter sadly adapted to this situation in the past days/weeks (https://peakd.com/hive-196769/@cryptocompany/changings-to-the-voting-service-to-prevent-scamabuse-but-there-is-one-small-side-effect-sorry-if-it-should-affect-you) & you will not be able to see/select this rebloged article in the list within the voter... like it was possible in the past.

This was done to stop "cheating" from a few single users... So the answer is sadly "no", you aren't able to do so in the voter any longer.
