This is quite a sad story and I hope Mac-mac will be better real soon. Cat contrary to what others noticed are warm and loving animals, especially to their little ones. I experienced it first hand when one of the neighbor cats in our place gave birth. Sadly, since there's a ton of cats around the landlady threw the babies leaving the cat mom in the area, a few days after the cat mom died. Not really sure what happened but we noticed that she is not visiting our backyard anymore to get some food.
