Maybe someone uses an alarm clock to wake up in the morning, but we definitely don't have such a need. Bongo-Bongo Rooster will personally make sure that no one in my house sleeps longer than he thinks is necessary 😂 Despite the fact that he himself is no more than an alarm clock, but he has an extremely loud voice. However, I'm already so used to it that I can continue sleeping even to the loud singing. I'll tell you more. One day, when the winter was very cold, I took Bongo-Bongo and his two hens into the house. And even there his singing didn't bother me.

However, teenage chickens are sensitive to the signal of the older bird. I'm almost sure that there are males among them who are already learning from Bongo-Bongo how a real rooster should behave. Of course I hope there won't be many of them, otherwise I'll get a whole choir!

But my dogs have found a new entertainment for themselves - to follow the life of the duck family. As a joke, I say that they are watching their favourite series. It happens every spring. They are ready to sit like this for hours, watching the mother-duck and her ducklings. They probably see much more in it than I can see. Otherwise, how can such attention be explained?
But I'm quite satisfied with it. If they don't have this entertainment, they'll immediately find something else. At the same time, it is not a fact that it will not be turning flower pots, digging burrows in the garden or digging up my plants. They are surprisingly inventive in the search for what not to do! That's why they're better watching the ducks 😂

I miss having chicken at home 🥹. They are really a good alarm clock, but i'm used to their singing that I too can sleep well even if they're loud. Although there are times too that it is annoying but chicken cuteness can actually make up for those annoying sounds haha.
I understand you very well)
As a child, I remember a farmyard in my house. My childhood is filled with many wonderful memories, and the memory of a rooster waking me up in the morning is a memory I'd long forgotten until today. Thank you for that.
You have many pets. How do you cope with them?
