Сats that sleep

It's cold now. Autumn has arrived. My house doesn't have heating yet. But my cats aren't freezing. They sleep on my bed.

At night, they sleep on me or next to me. Someone is disturbing my cats' sleep. Probably me. They constantly push me away.

They sleep day and night. They only go for walks in the morning, before breakfast, and in the evening, before dinner.

I understand that for them, I'm just a living heating pad, but I can't be angry at their purring. It sounds so cozy and soothing that I'm willing to take their kicks all night long.

However, as soon as I get up, they immediately take my place, stretching out at full length on the warmth; they sleep on sofas, armchairs, and even on cabinets in the kitchen.
