Aggressive Dogs

Yesterday the lady who owns the dogs that keep attacking my dog ( im just going to refer to her as A for now) was behind me on the canal, she didnt have her dogs but i had brenda off the lead and normally, she's off infront of me but for some reason she stayed just a head of me by a few steps, but i called her back anyways as we were nearing a dog and she knows click commands so she knows 1 click is to slow down, 2 is to walk by me and 3 is to go behind me which i normally add a whistle too, i got her to walk behind me as we passed the dogs and brenda was listening sooo well! normally shes a bit hesitant to listen to me but i just firmly speak my command if she ignores it, but she didnt. and it made me feel so cool lol bc A's dogs are not well trained, always off causing havoc off the lead, and her dogs dont listen to her at all, but its like brenda knew i needed her to come off as supperr well trained as A had tried accusing me of my dog being the reason her dogs are aggressive and telling me how my dog isnt trained.
lets just say she stopped messaging me. Brenda is pretty well trained but she has a severe case of selective hearing and ADHD.

All the times this has happened i have had no way of grabbing brenda up, or grabbing the other dog off of her or anything because the 2 dogs ( one is more aggressive and more forward) have been all over her, i have managed ot pick brenda up before the dogs got to us and i just took her away and there was no harm but some times i dont have the time, those dogs are superrr fast and they come from behind us a lot so there is no way of me being able to grab her in time as the owners give no sort of warning like a shout or even an attemt at recall, they have recently messaged me and explained they have taken him to the vets to see if he has any underline issues, and she has brought him a retractable lead and some treats as she is attempting to 'train his recall' which is good that shes finally doing something about it, but her dogs attacked my dog 7 times now and it takes 7 times, any of those times my dog could have been seriously injured, or even i could have been, for her to do ANYTHING about it.
And the fact she said he cant bite because he has only a few teeth is just bullshit, it only takes one dog tooth attached to a well and healthy dogs jaw to pierce the skin.
